Records and admissions
Student profiles with photographs, medical information, admission details and class history. One student, one file.
Digital School Portal
Convert your paperwork into digital information. Automate your reports and records system, all in one place.
When you register, you choose your school’s own address on chikwo.com. It is your school’s name, not a placeholder.
One address, your school’s. Staff work on the school computer, parents open the school’s own address in any browser.
The problem
Between attendance registers, fee records, exam scores and report cards, most schools are held together by paper files and spreadsheets that do not talk to each other.
So the same student is entered four times, the bursar chases what the class teacher already knows, and result week becomes a search through folders. EduPort replaces that with one record every part of the school reads and writes, on a computer you already own.
What you get
Every part of school administration lives in the same database, so a term’s work is entered once and reused everywhere it is needed.
Student profiles with photographs, medical information, admission details and class history. One student, one file.
Daily registers with weekly and term summaries. A holiday calendar means a Saturday is never marked absent.
Learning materials, scheme of work and lesson topics, kept with the class they belong to.
Continuous assessment and exam scores compile automatically into totals, positions and class averages.
Whole-school and annual broadsheets in seconds, plus a per-student transcript you can pull at any time.
Official PDFs generated on the school’s own machine with the form tutor’s and the principal’s signature, your logo and your stamp. A whole cohort runs through a queue.
Build question banks and run exams on the school’s own network. Questions shuffle, marking is automatic, and results fold into the broadsheet. Resits and complaints are handled.
Class-specific fees, discounts, part payments and receipts as PDFs, with a clear line between who has paid and who owes.
Results, report cards, receipts, fee statements, notices and timetable on your school’s address. Parents install nothing.
Spreadsheet templates for students, staff, subjects, classes, sections, rooms, parents, comments, periods and exam questions. Attendance imports from a spreadsheet too.
Exam and result week
The app runs on the school’s own computer and binds to the school network, so staff on other machines and phones around the compound keep working when the connection drops.
Mark, compile and print with no connection. Scores, broadsheets and report cards are produced on the school machine.
A subscription is trusted for 14 days offline. A network outage never stops a paid school mid-term.
Published work catches up later. Results, records and portal data upload on their own when the school reconnects.
Result week stays local. Compilation and the official PDFs happen on the school’s computer, not on someone else’s server.
Who sees what
Every login opens onto the part of the school that person is responsible for. Nothing more is on the screen, and a parent or student only ever sees their own records.
Getting started
Register your school online and pick your own address on chikwo.com. That address is where parents will log in.
Run the Windows installer on a machine the school keeps. Self-contained runtime, no complex server setup required.
Staff take registers, enter scores and build question banks on the school network, with no internet needed.
Published results, records and portal data upload themselves the moment the school connects.
They open the school’s address and see results, receipts, statements, notices and timetable. Nothing to install.
Signed and stamped report cards, broadsheets and transcripts generate locally on the school’s own computer.
Plans and pricing
Every plan runs the same app on the school’s own computer. What changes as you move up is how many students you can carry and which features unlock. A new school can trial Professional features for 14 days.
Up to 100 students. The full offline app on the school’s own computer.
Up to 500 students. Adds the portal, cloud sync and batch report cards.
Up to 1,000 students. Adds computer-based exams and teaching materials.
Up to 2,000 students. Everything EduPort has, for one large school.
More than 2,000 students? One installed app serves one school, so a very large school is scoped with us rather than fitted into a plan. Tell us your numbers
Prices are in naira and are billed through Paystack for your EduPort subscription only. Parents do not pay school fees through the portal. Each plan is capped by student count: 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,000. If the school loses internet, a paid subscription stays trusted for 14 days.
Already set up with EduPort? Then you do not sign in here. Parents, students and staff open the address their own school chose when it registered on chikwo.com, and that is not this page. If the school gave you a login, use the school’s own address.

Questions schools ask
Yes. The app is installed on the school’s own computer and binds to the school network, so staff on other machines and phones around the compound open it with no internet at all. Registers, scores, broadsheets, report cards and receipts are all produced on that machine.
Published results, records and portal data upload when the school next connects, so parents see them from anywhere. A paid subscription is also trusted for 14 days offline, so an outage cannot stop result week.
No. Parents and students use a browser portal on the school’s own address. They see results, report cards, receipts, fee statements, notices and timetable, and nothing is installed on their phone or computer. There is no mobile app.
They are your school’s own official documents. EduPort generates them as PDFs on the school’s computer with the form tutor’s and the principal’s signature, the school logo and the school stamp, and it can batch a whole cohort through a queue.
Nothing is generated in the cloud, so a network outage does not delay issuing cards.
Yes. There are spreadsheet templates for students, staff, subjects, classes, sections, rooms, parents, comments, periods and exam questions, and attendance registers can be imported too. You load what you already keep once, then stop maintaining duplicate files.
Plans are sized by student count: Free up to 100, Starter up to 500, Professional up to 1,000 and Enterprise up to 2,000. When enrolment passes your limit you move up, and the portal, batch report cards, exams and teaching materials unlock with the tier.
Above 2,000 students, talk to us. Note also that one installed app serves one school, so a second school needs its own installation.
The school does. Records are written first to an encrypted database on the school’s own computer, and backups are single encrypted files protected with a password, restorable on a new machine without waiting on us.
Only the work you publish uploads to the cloud, so parents can read it from anywhere. Your books stay readable on your machine.
